We began our journeys separately as individual contributors in our respective industries. We met, got married, and while discussing our future, got the crazy idea to start our own company. I mean, no one does this, right?

Danny has an incredible background as a Marine, an Engineer, and a Project Controls expert. I have been in software and services sales and leadership for over 25 years. We have both served companies in the Oil & Gas, Utility, Manufacturing, and Construction industries and are now bringing our talents and experience to our own company. We both love what we do and are excited to work with companies who need ethical, professional expertise in Project Controls and Project Management as well as our other services. We are knowledgeable in technologies that will serve your successful projects and we have a great network of people in technology and services if you need help.

We place consultants in each of our service areas based on your needs and your budget. Placements are contract-only with K&D Rider Consulting, by project, which can last 6 months to several years. Our people’s experience ranges from mid-level to senior leadership. We can provide biographies and resumes upon request. Our goal is to match the required experience level and skills you need for your projects.
