Joseph “Danny” Rider spent 12 years in the US Marine Corps as a Huey aircrewman with the 3^rd Marine Air Wing. He was deployed in combat areas for more than half of his time in the Corps and learned how to be part of a real team, how to lead, and learned discipline among other things. He went on to get his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Tulane University. Danny worked for several construction companies and then found his niche in Project Controls. He has spent the last 20+ years in Project Controls and Project Management for projects including railroad construction, embassy construction, contingency operation programs, oil and gas construction and turn-arounds, nuclear decommissioning, mining, and power plant construction. These projects had budgets in the hundreds of millions to $8 billion. Danny has worked all over the world including Iraq, Russian Federation, Haiti, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Panama, Bolivia, Canada, Japan, Nigeria, and all over the United States.

Danny’s experience in the field and in the Marines brings a unique personalized approach and leadership to your project as our Vice President. Danny is passionate about leadership, successful on-time and on-budget project completion, and helping his clients achieve their business goals. Danny has a healthy belief in Bigfoot and loves to spend time with his wife Karla and their blended family.
