Karla Rider has a 25+ year career in software and services sales and business development. She spent the majority of her career in mid-level to senior leadership roles and has enjoyed helping her clients achieve their business goals through technology and services. Karla has worked with F100 companies in oil & gas, utilities, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, retail, etc. Karla personally helped companies choose the right technologies, helped them negotiate the most cost effective and beneficial agreements, and then sold services to implement the technology and to deploy it in a way that saved the client money going forward. Karla has a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Organizational Communication from Sacramento State.

Karla’s role as CEO brings together her experience in business development, leadership, and hiring the right resources for the job, with her passion for helping companies achieve their ambitious goals. She is focused on doing the right thing and helping to ensure success for our clients. She is passionate about her blended family, her grandbabies, helping special needs young adults, and loves to “play” in the garden planting, growing, and eventually killing plants with her brown thumb.
